सेवा क्या हैThe service
Payal एक AI साथी ऐप है। AI के जवाब गलत या अधूरे हो सकते हैं। ज़रूरी फ़ैसलों (सेहत, कानून, पैसा) के लिए सिर्फ़ इन्हीं पर भरोसा न करें।
Payal is an AI companion app. AI replies can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on them alone for important decisions (health, law, money).
खाता और फ़ोनAccount and phone
एक Gmail एक समय पर एक ही फ़ोन में चल सकता है। फ़ोन बदलने पर नया फ़ोन 7 दिन बाद चालू होता है। खाता या प्लान बेचना, साझा करना या ऐप में हेराफेरी करना मना है, और ऐसा होने पर खाता रोका जा सकता है।
One Gmail can run on one phone at a time. A new phone activates after 7 days. Selling or sharing accounts or plans, or tampering with the app, is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
प्लान और भुगतानPlans and payment
Plus और Pro प्लान 30 दिन के हैं और अपने आप दोबारा नहीं कटते। प्लान ख़त्म होने पर खाता Free हो जाता है। Free में रोज़ कुल 10 मिनट मिलते हैं। दाम और छूट समय-समय पर बदल सकते हैं, पर जो प्लान आप ले चुके हो उसकी अवधि पर असर नहीं पड़ता।
Plus and Pro plans last 30 days and never renew automatically. When a plan ends the account becomes Free. Free gives 10 minutes in total per day. Prices and offers may change, but a plan you already bought keeps its period.
आपकी API keyYour API key
AI का इस्तेमाल आपकी अपनी API key से होता है, इसलिए उसकी सीमाएँ और शर्तें Google की होती हैं। ऐप की तरफ़ से कोई समय-सीमा न होने का मतलब यह नहीं कि आपकी key की सीमा हट जाएगी।
AI use runs on your own API key, so its limits and terms are Google's. No time limit from the app does not remove the limits of your key.
ज़िम्मेदारीLiability
सेवा “जैसी है वैसी” दी जाती है। फ़ोन कंट्रोल जैसे काम आप खुद चुनकर, अपनी ज़िम्मेदारी पर चलाते हो। कानून जितनी छूट देता है, उससे ज़्यादा नुकसान की ज़िम्मेदारी हम पर नहीं होगी।
The service is provided “as is”. Jobs like phone control are chosen and run by you at your own responsibility. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for further loss.
