हम कौन-सी जानकारी रखते हैंWhat we keep
हम सिर्फ़ इतना रखते हैं: आपका Gmail पता (पहचान के लिए), आपके फ़ोन की एक तकनीकी पहचान (एक Gmail-एक फ़ोन नियम के लिए), आपका प्लान और उसकी तारीखें, और भुगतान की स्थिति व भुगतान ID।
We keep only: your Gmail address (to identify you), a technical ID of your phone (for the one-Gmail-one-phone rule), your plan and its dates, and your payment status and payment ID.
जो हम नहीं रखतेWhat we do not keep
हम आपकी बातचीत, आपकी आवाज़, आपकी फ़ोटो या आपका location अपने server पर जमा नहीं करते। आपकी API key सिर्फ़ आपके फ़ोन में सुरक्षित रहती है। कार्ड या UPI की जानकारी हम तक नहीं आती, वह भुगतान सेवा के पास रहती है।
We do not store your conversations, voice, photos or location on our servers. Your API key stays safely on your phone. Card or UPI details never reach us; they stay with the payment provider.
AI सेवा तक जाने वाला textText sent to the AI service
जवाब बनाने के लिए आपकी बातचीत का text, और जब आप भेजें तब फ़ोटो, आपकी अपनी API key से Google की AI सेवा को भेजा जाता है। उसका इस्तेमाल Google की अपनी शर्तों और नीति के अनुसार होता है।
To create replies, your conversation text, and photos when you send them, is sent through your own API key to Google's AI service. Its use is governed by Google's own terms and policies.
अनुमतियाँPermissions
ऐप माइक, कैमरा, location, contacts, notifications और Accessibility जैसी अनुमतियाँ माँगता है, सिर्फ़ उस काम के लिए जो आप माँगते हो। Accessibility से स्क्रीन पर काम तभी होता है जब आप बोलकर कहो, और password जैसी जगहों पर नहीं।
The app asks for permissions such as mic, camera, location, contacts, notifications and Accessibility, only for the job you ask for. Screen actions through Accessibility happen only when you request them, and never on password fields.
आपके अधिकारYour rights
आप कभी भी अपना खाता और उससे जुड़ी जानकारी हटाने के लिए कह सकते हैं। संपर्क पन्ने से हमें WhatsApp करो, हम उचित समय में हटा देंगे (भुगतान के रिकॉर्ड, जो कानून के हिसाब से रखने पड़ते हैं, छोड़कर)।
You can ask us any time to delete your account and its data. Message us from the contact page and we will do it within a reasonable time (except payment records we must keep by law).
